Considering Vaccinating Against The Flu

When I was online, the other day, I noticed a friend’s Facebook status update, stating that the Flu vaccine was made available, for free, at his workplace. I immediately commented, “No! Don’t do it!!!”. I was too late, by the time I said that, he had already been shot up. In the past, I had always thought of the vaccine as something I never needed. I had heard a bit about what it is supposedly comprised of, and believed that it was a pharmaceutical scheme. After this online exchange happened, I decided that this would be the topic of my first article for TNAM. I was curious to find out the real facts, about this very publicized vaccine, and why there is such a massive push by the CDC, doctors, even the media, to get the shot. This is what I found…

Thousands of articles have been published, stating that the vaccines are causing infections and immunological problems, along with LOWERING the body’s ability to fight off these diseases. The complete opposite effect of what the CDC, doctors, and the mainstream media tells the American public. The CDC’s own studies have found the vaccine to only be 16-63% effective. The same percentage as those who do not get the vaccine. Seriously?

The CDC states; “Chemicals commonly used in the production of vaccines include a suspending fluid (sterile water, saline, or fluids containing protein); preservatives and stabilizers (for example, albumin, phenols, and glycine); and adjuvants or enhancers that help improve the vaccine’s effectiveness. Vaccines also may contain very small amounts of the culture material used to grow the virus or bacteria used in the vaccine, such as chicken egg protein.”

This information, along with lists of ingredients such as, Aluminum gels or salts of Aluminum, antibiotics, Formaldehyde, Monosodium Glutamate (MSG), 2-Phenoxy-Ethanol, Thimerosal (a Mercury containing preservative), along with a long list of other questionable additives, are all listed right on the CDC’s website. These additives, that are potentially toxic, are substances that you do not want injected in to you, or your child’s body. Just the side effects of heavy metal build-up (mercury toxicity): anxiety/nervousness, often with difficulty in breathing, restfulness, fearfulness, emotional instability, memory loss, inability to concentrate, and many more side effects, are more enough of a warning for me to never want this shot in to my body. These “common” side effects, lead me in the direction of concluding that these types of vaccines are the cause of the plethora of problems that children are acquiring.

In Australia, the seasonal flu vaccines were banned after 23 children experienced convulsions and were hospitalized following their vaccination. Studies in Sweden and Finland, found that a swine flu vaccine increased the chance of Narcolepsy. These countries have banned those vaccines, along with quite a few European countries: Austria, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, and Switzerland. Now, what do these countries know that we don’t? Nothing. we all have the same information, but the CDC and our government is concerned that if bans and investigations in to vaccine safety are conducted, and publicly known, that it will keep people from vaccinating. Really?! So the media promotes it as safe…. yeah.

In a CNN article, called, “Flu shot myths addressed”, they claim, “The flu vaccine is “an essential element of prenatal care” and is recommended for all pregnant women, according to the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. Pregnant women are among the groups at increased risk for flu complications like pneumonia, infections and dehydration.” But, according to VAERS (Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System), the H1N1 vaccine is 60% more likely to cause a miscarriage.

All of this conflicting information can be completely overwhelming. I uncovered tons of risks, toxic ingredients, reasons why the United States still claims it is safe, the reasons why many other countries ban it, the list goes on. Personally, I research almost everything before putting it in to, or on my body. The fact that most Americans blindly trust organizations, such as the CDC, is beyond me. There are many better ways to protect yourself from illnesses. Getting back to the natural remedies, makes the most sense., and guess what??? It is much cheaper, and probably won’t poison you….

Here is a list of things you can do to avoid the flu, along with many other illnesses:

1. Wash your hands

2. Drink Water/stay hydrated

3. Exercise

4. Organic, plant-based diet

5. Vitamin C and Vitamin D

6. Probiotics

7. Elderberry syrup

8. Echinacea

9. Essential oils

10. Omega-3
