The ACLU promises an appeal, and it seems likely this will end up in front of the Supreme Court. How in the world can it be so difficult to comprehend the simple language of the fourth amendment? Will the Supreme Court protect the people if / when they hear this case?

– The undefeated Buckeyes blew a chance at a National Championship with a loss to the Michigan State Spartans in the Big10 Championship Game.
– The Cleveland Browns had a solid lead in the 4th quarter vs. the Patriots, & a questionable pass interference call, botched onside kick recovery, & a short game winning field goal attempt: Once again allowed the Browns to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory.
– The Indians have not been very active in free agency & have even been discussing trading their ace pitcher Justin Masterson,

– But hey, The BGSU Falcons won the MAC Conference Title
– & The Cavs have won 5 of their last 6.
